A musical version of “Legally Blonde,” based on the hit movie starring Reese Witherspoon and the novel by Amanda Brown, will open on Broadway in April 2007.
The show, which has music and lyrics by Nell Benjamin and Laurence O’Keefe and a book by Heather Hach, tells the story of a determined young woman, who, when dumped by her boyfriend, goes to Harvard Law School, which her ex also attends.
No casting was announced, but the show will mark the Broadway directorial debut of Jerry Mitchell, who won a 2005 Tony Award for his choreography for the revival of “La Cage aux Folles.”
Well until next time….Stay Classy and Fab!

I went through and read some of the comments in the TCA postings. Sorry to hear some of you missed the show. Since you didn’t see it (and some of you asked for some videos), I did some searching for you and found the following videos:

After doing a little searching, I found a video giving out the award for Choice TV Comedy/Musical (which, if you read below, went to High School Musical). It’s not very long, but if you missed the show, you’ll be happy to see it.
Name change in the works! August 21, 2006

When I was turning my computer off last night, I realized that Null and Void Entertainment was quite a name. With that in mind, I thought of new things I could call this place, finally settling on the one I liked the best: Axess Entertainment Online.
The name Axess comes from my closed web hosting company. It was such a simple name, yet gives off a very professional tone. So, welcome to the new AEO.
iPod Weekly Pick August 21, 2006

The iPod Weekly Pick showcases some of the best songs that have ever been produced. It can be from now, then, or way back. It’s the type of song you’ll hear early in the morning and will be singing for the rest of the week.
This week, I chose the new Evanescence song “Call Me When You’re Sober”. It’s got some powerful lyrics, and awesome music going behind it. Some people don’t view it as their best song, but for me, it’s a hit. Check out iTunes for a download.
Mo’ Money….No Worries! August 21, 2006

Or so that seems for Mel Gibson. As you know, Mel Gibson was arrested a while back for driving under the influence. Well when he was pulled over he called a female police office..sugar…um…boobies and blamed the wars around the world on the Jewish folks.
Now…..I am not surprised but Mel is ready to pay whatever he has to to keep his celebrity behind out of jail. I mean don’t get me wrong. Screaming that you hate Jews is not a crime, unless you are screaming as you beat them over the head with a bat. However, it is a crime to drink while intoxicated….
But Mel is a celeb and they can do what they want when they want….just look at OJ and Mikey Jackson.
According to my sources, Melly Poo has agreed to three years of probation but will avoid jail time. Gibson was ordered to attend one year of AA meetings as well. But nothing is worst then the fact that most of the world hates him.
Oh well, I guess being hated is a lot better than being stuck in a jail cell with Hairy Harry. Well at least to Melly Poo.
Well until next time…Stay Classy and Fab.
Usher set to play Billy Flynn in Chicago August 21, 2006

It is official and it starts tomorrow. R&B superstar and all around “make girls crazy” Usher will be playing legal ace Billy Flynn from August 22 to October 1 in Chicago. Having jumped at the chance to play Flynn, Usher says that he feels being on Broadway allows him to contact with his fans and the people in a totally different way.
And Usher is not a stranger to acting. Usher’s credits include a stint on the daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, a recurring role on the sitcom Moesha and numerous guest star spots. He played Marvin Gaye in an episode of American Dreams. He has been announced to produce and star in The Ballad of Walter Holmes, a feature film about an R&B singer to be directed by George C. Wolfe.
So if you can get a chance, go see Usher in Chicago. I am sure it will be smashing.
And until next time~Stay Classy and Fab.
