For a long time now, many people out on the internet have been looking for pictures of Dylan Efron, Zac’s little brother. Somebody at http://zefron.com got a picture of Dylan at the 2006 Teen Choice Awards.

I went through and read some of the comments in the TCA postings. Sorry to hear some of you missed the show. Since you didn’t see it (and some of you asked for some videos), I did some searching for you and found the following videos:

After doing a little searching, I found a video giving out the award for Choice TV Comedy/Musical (which, if you read below, went to High School Musical). It’s not very long, but if you missed the show, you’ll be happy to see it.

The show is done, the awards are counted, and your vote is in. The Teen Choice Awards 2006, aired on FOX, was a hit.

The TCA Red Carpet Pre-Show started off with a bang. Hosts Jojo Wright and Jillian Barberie talked around with some of the stars, as well as making a few jokes of their own. Ending the show was Jesse McCartney with his live performance of “Right Where You Want Me”.

The actual show, hosted by Dane Cook and Jessica Simpson, started, and ended, with thunderous applause. Kevin Federline, with this being his first live world television debut, performed his new song “Lose Control”. Nelly Furtado and Timbaland performed “Promiscous”, and Rihanna performed “S.O.S.”. At the end, Brittany Spears appeared as the special guest.

Though there were a total of 63 categories, 14 awards were given out tonight. They are as follows:

Because of the sheer amount of nominee for people, movies, and television, a full list of the winners will not be found at this blog. I’ll be posting partial lists in each category, as well as pictures to go along with the winners.

The Teen Choice Awards 2006 will air tonight on FOX at 8/7c with a Red Carpet Pre-Show at 7:30/6:30c. Be sure to watch it!

I’ve yet to confirm this release date, but Silent Hill looks to be coming to DVD in local stores starting August 22 (if this date is wrong or changes, I’ll keep you informed) . Be sure to grab a copy!

September will be a nice month for movies, starting off with The Wicker Man, which hits the cinema September 1. Starring Nicholas Cage, the movie promises to be a good one.

According to IMDB, the movie follows a sheriff (Nicholas Cage) as he investigates the disappearance of a young girl from a small island. Cage soon finds out the island has a secret: a neo-pagan community.

Whether or not this is true, the Hairspray blog at Blogspot reports a December 2007 release date. It also says the studio is pushing for a summer ‘07 release date. Which one will it be? We’ll let you know when we find out more.

Alright, so I lied about the last posting. This will probably be my last. I just had to tell everybody about the new Family Channel movie, Schooled.

Local principal plays prank on leaving grade eight students. Calls them in on a Saturday during the summer to give oral and written tests. During the written test, guess who shows up? The one and only…Jesse McCartney.

The first encore time was on August 19 at 1/12c, but you can catch it again August 23 at 3/2c. Check your local listings.

The Teen Choice Awards 2006 will be shown on FOX August 20 at 8:00/7:00c with a pre-show at 7:30/6:30c. This is the first year the show will be LIVE. Hosting the show are Jessica Simpson and Dane Cook, with special performances by Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, Rihanna, and Kevin Federline.

The first to recieve nominations this year were “Everybody Loves Chris”, “High School Musical”, Rhianna, Arctic Monkeys and Dane Cook.
